Opening an account with us from India is straightforward. Whether you’re on desktop or mobile, the entire signup usually takes no more than five minutes. Email works, or plug in your existing crypto wallet at step one.

Hit our sign up page, enter your email, choose a tough password (aim for 8+ characters, some uppercase, symbols, numbers in there). Confirm that password, tick the Terms and Privacy checkboxes, and hit register.

Look out for our email - you’ll need to click the link inside (don’t let it sit too long, links expire in a day). That’s it. Log in and your dashboard is ready.

Prefer wallet integration? During signup, opt for “Connect wallet”, pick yours from our list, and confirm through your wallet interface. Your new Binaryx profile instantly ties to that wallet address.

Account Verification

To start investing, you must go through KYC. As a Wyoming DAO LLC, identity checks are a must for every investor.

We’ll ask you to upload a government-issued ID. Passport, Indian driver’s license or Aadhaar are perfect, but make sure it’s valid and clearly shows your name, date of birth, and photo.

Next, we need proof of address from the last three months - utility bill, bank statement, or official letter displaying your Indian address does the trick. The document should be sharp and not cropped.

Take a selfie with that ID next to your face - no fancy filters, please. Both you (and the ID’s info) need to be fully visible.

We go over your documents in about 24 to 48 hours and send word via email as soon as we’re done. Once approved, browsing and investing in properties unlock instantly.

If anything’s wrong - expired docs, something’s blurry or cropped, or doesn’t match your details - you’ll need to upload new versions. Stuck uploading? Our support team helps right from the dashboard.

Platform Features and Access

Once your account’s verified, the full marketplace opens up. You’ll see 34 properties tokenized across Indonesia, Turkey, and Montenegro.

Each property page covers the details - where it is, type, value, minimum buy-in, and what kind of returns to expect. Construction projects show timelines and potential, while ready rentals list occupancy rates and planned income.

You can filter by country, returns, price, property type. Save favorites to your watchlist any time. Documents, smart contract addresses, legal records - all right inside each property detail page.

Our mobile app brings everything from web to your pocket. The experience is nearly identical, plus swipe and touch features make navigation fast. App is on both Google Play and App Store.

Funding Your Investments

We accept crypto only for funding right now. USDT, USDC or similar stablecoins on Polygon are available for Indian users. Find your deposit address in the Deposit section.

Just transfer from your wallet, wait 2 to 5 minutes for the network, then your account balance updates after confirmation. Minimum per property starts at $500, but check on each listing - some require more.

In 2026, we’ll be adding even more payment choices for India with the IN1 partnership, tying together crypto and more traditional finance.

How to Invest

Look for a property that matches your criteria. Read through the documents - ownership, income distribution, structure. Each property is run by a Wyoming DAO LLC and tokens go out on Polygon, one per project.

When you’re ready, just hit Invest, enter how much in USD, and the system tells you straight away exactly how many tokens you’ll get, estimated returns, your share.

Confirm your purchase. Tokens land in your wallet in minutes, blockchain hash included for every transfer.

You immediately become co-owner through the DAO LLC, based on your share of tokens held. Portfolio view shows every property you own, what it’s worth, and incoming income.

Rental Income & Withdrawals

Some properties are live and generate passive rental income, streaming through smart contracts. Annual returns generally fall in the 8-12% bracket, split minute by minute. Every payout appears in your Income section, with details on paid, pending, and historical chunks. All sums are USD-pegged for clarity.

Withdraw income at any moment: enter how much, paste your Polygon address, and confirm. Processing never takes longer than a day, and after that, the blockchain pushes funds in a few minutes. Check transaction status in your dashboard.

Construction projects don’t pay rent right away, but as the buildings rise and market grows, token value can increase. You can sell when construction is done or use the secondary market.

Trading Your Tokens

You’re not locked in with Binaryx. Our P2P secondary market lets you resell property tokens at your own asking price. No waiting for new launches - buyers are always browsing.

Head to Trading, select the tokens you want to list, pick a price, and submit. Buyers can filter by property, returns, or price, then complete purchases with just a click. Most trades close anywhere from 40 minutes to about a month.

Traditional real estate can take months to liquidate. Our token trading offers faster options, with rights and income staying intact right up to sale.

Account Security

Strengthen your account with 2FA in Security settings. We support popular apps like Google Authenticator and Authy. Scan the QR code, enter the code, and you’re set.

Now, every login asks for both your password and live code. We also give backup codes in case you misplace your phone.

Choose what notifications you get: all logins, transactions, earnings, withdrawals. Critical alerts (like suspicious logins) can arrive by SMS.

If something looks off, check active sessions. Kick out any unknown devices, change your password, and alert us straight away.

Tax Documentation

Since you’re investing via a US-based DAO LLC, you’ll get a K-1 form for every property held. That shows your share of income/expenses for your Indian tax filing.

Download your K-1s from Documents after the US tax deadline every April. It’s all there as PDFs for your tax consultant or directly for authorities.

We file US paperwork, but you’re responsible for Indian reporting and FEMA. Local tax advisors familiar with cross-border rules are ideal. We don’t provide individual tax advice.

The iOS app (fully featured and optimized) is available. It covers your portfolio, full marketplace, and instant income updates, all in one place. Use pull-to-refresh for live updates, glide between sections, and sort properties quickly. Touch an image card for all docs and to invest on the go.

Push alerts bring news of new properties, income hits, withdrawals, and even account security activity. Biometric logins (fingerprint, Face ID) work with 2FA for even more peace of mind.

Android version is on the way, set for 2026, matching every iOS feature.
