Logging Into Your Binaryx Account

Managing your investment portfolio on Binaryx is simple, even more so if you’re logging in from India. Head to the web portal or grab the mobile app for instant access. The mobile app is live for iOS (search “Binaryx Platform” in the Apple Store, version 1.1.0) and coming soon for Android. One set of credentials, different screens - same account.

For authentication, your email and password make up your entry point. Set up two-factor authentication in your account preferences for stronger security after you first sign in. Credentials from your original registration are all you need.

When logging in, make sure to use the email from your KYC registration - if it doesn’t match, access will fail. Enter both your email and your password (letters, numbers, special characters allowed), then tap or click “Login.” On success, you’re taken right to your dashboard.

Mistyped your password? Or didn’t verify your email? If you’re locked out, the system will show you an error message. There’s also a password reset below the login field if you need a hand.

Mobile users on iOS may need to enable biometrics (Face ID or Touch ID) after the first login. Just open your app settings and toggle them on.

For sessions, “Remember Me” keeps you logged in for 30 days on web. The mobile app will only log you out if you do so manually, or for some security reason.

Portfolio Dashboard at a Glance

Your first stop after logging in is the dashboard. Here, real-time numbers update you on all your property holdings. Total invested capital, property values, rental income and distributions all shown at once. Figures display in both INR and USD, depending on the latest rates.

Holdings appear as cards. Each card shows your property percentage, monthly return projection, graphs for performance. Tap or click a card to dig into its details - you’ll find specific location info, transaction records, rental stats.

The navigation menu includes portfolio overview, marketplace (to hunt new properties), record of all transactions, your wallet for balance management, account settings, and support.

You’ll see the schedule for future rental payouts and their estimated amounts. These calculations are based on your ownership share, property results from platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com.

Managing Your Investments

All owned shares in 34 tokenized properties are within the Portfolio. You can filter your view by the date you bought in, property type, or performance. Each property’s page spells out key details: actual address, square footage, buy-in token price, current value, yield, and lifetime income.

Want performance data? Rental graphs track your income across months, quarters, or a full year. This data pulls straight from property managers and the underlying blockchain. There are zero geographic blocks.

To sell shares, go to a property, choose “Sell Shares,” set your offer (quantity and price). These listings then show up on the marketplace for others to buy. Settlement for sales happens with smart contracts on Polygon - your earnings land in your wallet when the transaction finalizes.

How fast property shares sell depends on demand and price. Sometimes quick, sometimes not.

Payment Options in India

Banks or crypto - both work for funding your Binaryx account. We accept INR (Indian Rupees) and several cryptocurrencies. For crypto, deposit USDT via Polygon or Tron networks. INR appears among fiat options, making it easy for direct rupee transfers.

Indian users paying with credit or debit cards go through Paybis; Visa or Mastercard (with international support) both work. Card deposits convert INR to USDT instantly at the current market rate.

Want to use your local bank? Just send via SWIFT from your Indian account to ours. Transfers usually clear in 3-5 days.

Your wallet displays all balances; to load funds, hit the “Deposit” button, pick your method, and follow the on-screen steps.

The lowest deposit allowed is $50 equivalent. There’s no set upper limit, but keep India’s reporting laws for big transactions in mind.

Withdrawing Your Rental Income

Money earned from rentals can be moved out through the wallet. Just select the withdrawal method: either crypto out to a personal wallet or classic bank deposit for fiat.

For USDT, provide your external wallet address and confirm the blockchain (Polygon or Tron). Most crypto outflows finish within 24 hours.

Withdrawing to an Indian bank account takes your SWIFT info and account details (must match your KYC, including IFSC code). Funds arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on wire speed.

There’s no fee from us for crypto withdrawals besides the typical network fee. Bank wires may carry fees outside our control. Check charges before moving large sums.

Withdrawal caps depend on your account verification status. Fully verified investors are allowed higher daily and monthly amounts in line with regulations.

Keeping Your Binaryx Account Secure

Security sits at the core of Binaryx. Our smart contracts are vetted (Blaize.Security, 9.8/10 rating). All access points require encrypted authentication. Your password is hashed - never stored in plain text or sent by email.

We never ask for your password or seed phrase over email or chat. Only platform messages are trusted for important communications.

Activate 2FA for your account by using Google Authenticator or Authy. Backup codes provided at setup protect you if you lose your phone.

We monitor logins for suspicious activity. If a new device or location is used, you’ll get an email warning. Change your password immediately if something feels off.

Your tokens are always in your hands. Custody is managed via MetaMask and similar Web3 wallets - we can’t see your private key and never request it.

KYC Verification for Indian Users

Full account powers only unlock with KYC. You’ll need a photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, driver’s license) plus proof of address (utility bill, recent bank statement, or official letter not older than 90 days). Upload these in your settings.

Most verifications finish in five minutes if all’s well. Sometimes, manual checks push the wait to a day or two. You’ll get notified via email when done.

If you skip KYC, you can browse and learn but not invest. We meet all anti-money laundering rules.

Did your documents get declined? Check the feedback, fix the problems, and re-upload. Blurry scans, expired IDs, or mismatched info slow things down.

Trouble Logging In?

If you forget your password, press “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and check for the reset link (valid for one hour). If nothing arrives in your inbox after a few minutes, take a look in your spam folder and add info@binaryx.com to your contacts.

Too many wrong attempts? Your account locks for 30 minutes automatically. Or, open a support request for fast unlocking.

We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for web access - clear your browser’s cache if something looks strange. VPN users: some IPs may get flagged and blocked, so connect straight from India, or contact us to whitelist your VPN if needed.

On mobile, check you’re on the latest app version. Updates often fix login bugs. Still stuck? Uninstall and reinstall.
