Downloading and Setting Up Binaryx

Getting Binaryx on your Android phone in India is straightforward. We only provide the app through Google Play Store - just search for “Binaryx Platform,” hit download, and let the store handle it. APKs from third-party sites? Please avoid them. There are serious risks, from old releases to sneaky malware.

With the install, you’ll need at least Android 8.0 and a bit of free space (45-60 MB). Approving permissions as prompted helps - storage, camera, notifications. The Play Store keeps your app patched and up-to-date.

Registration and KYC

Open the app once installed. Sign up by picking Create Account, then choose if you prefer email, Google, Facebook or your MetaMask wallet. For email, your password needs at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number.

Social logins are quick since your data just fills in itself. If you use MetaMask, connect your wallet directly and stay in control of your tokens.
Right after sign up, KYC verification comes in. Upload a government ID - Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving license are all fine. Take a selfie, pop in your address and PIN. Most checks are quick, 5-10 minutes, but blurry docs can slow things down for a day or two.

Wallet and Payments

If you sign up using email or socials, a polygon-based wallet is ready for you, with a unique address in your Account. Write down the address and, crucially, the 12-word recovery phrase. That phrase is your lifeline - we never store it or recover lost wallets.
MetaMask users just authorize their wallet and keep their phrase.

For deposits, head to the Deposit tab. There, you can choose:

1. IMPS, NEFT and RTGS for bank transfers (minimum ₹500)
2. Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) - funds in 5-15 minutes, no platform fee
3. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) - fast, 2-5 minutes
4. Crypto (USDT on Polygon or TRON), send it from your external wallet to the address shown

Polygon crypto deposits settle in 1-3 minutes.

Browsing Properties

Inside Marketplace, you’ll see properties as cards with images, locations and numbers: price, rental yield and how funding’s going. Filters help sort by location, currently showing: Bali, Montenegro, and Turkey.

Each card lists essential stats:

Tap a property for more: there’s info on the building, full documents, timeline of construction, rent payouts and a community tab.

Buying Real Estate Tokens

Choose your property, press Invest Now, and select how many tokens you want. New users usually start at ten tokens (₹42,000); those verified can buy just one (₹4,200).
Check your investment summary. Make sure you have enough balance (and some extra for network fees).
Confirm, and the blockchain does its work in around a minute. Transactions are processed on Polygon. You’ll get a confirmation hash and instantly see your tokens in your Portfolio.

Managing Investments

Your Portfolio brings everything into a single dashboard - in both INR and USD. See your investments, overall value, earnings and yield all in one view. Every property you own tokens in is listed with details like token count, value, earnings.

For more granularity, pick any holding - you’ll see payout history and updates for that property.
For tax filing, you can export all income and transaction data as CSV.

Secondary Market

We maintain a P2P Market for verified users wanting to buy or sell tokens. Look at Buy Orders to see what’s available (by property, quantity, seller, price). Prices may differ from initial because of demand.
To sell, open the Sell tab, select property, number of tokens, set your price. We take a 5% commission on completed sales - it’s pulled automatically. Matched trades usually settle in under 40 minutes.

Platform Voting

Token holders can take part in DAO voting for properties under construction. Head to the Community tab of that property. One token, one vote.
Voting covers things like construction changes or budgets. Details and discussions are all on the proposal page. Approve or reject proposals and confirm via blockchain. No backsies - your vote sticks. Results are set once deadlines pass.

Notifications and Security

Decide what you want to hear about: income payouts, price moves, new construction, market offers, voting. Alerts can come as push, email, or via Telegram bot - set it all up in Settings.
For security, two-factor authentication is a must. Google Authenticator or Authy works - scan the QR, provide your code, and now you’re one step extra secure at every login.
Under Security in the app, you’ll see a list of all devices where your account is signed in, with details. Log out anything suspicious. Change your password regularly (new ones need to be strong and not just repeats).

Withdrawals

Selling tokens brings the proceeds as USDT to your wallet. To withdraw:

1. For crypto, paste where you want to send, pick network, specify amount (minimum $50/₹4,200). Polygon gas fees are low, usually ₹20-50.
2. For INR bank withdrawals, money gets converted at spot price. Enter your account number, IFSC code and name. Under ₹100,000 is withdrawn in 24-48 hours, bigger sums can take longer. We keep conversion fees 1-2%.

Taxes

Earnings from real estate investing can mean taxes. Rental is usually “Other Sources” (Section 56), taxed at your slab rate. Sell a token, and Section 45 applies, depending on time held (less than 36 months is short-term).
Export your transactions from Portfolio for accountants. We do not provide tax advice; certified professionals in India can help.
