Property Tokenization for Indian Investors
We take real estate and digitize it, splitting physical properties into tokens on blockchain. Each token stands for a piece of ownership. Through our Wyoming DAO LLC setup, Indian investors can legally co-own properties in places like Indonesia, Turkey, or Montenegro. You don’t get stuck with massive upfront costs or run into barriers with foreign ownership-our structure handles it.
At this point, we’re managing 34 properties with over 2,400 active co-owners out of a registered base that’s past 25,000. All together, those properties are valued around $6.8 million and since launching, distributions to investors have already crossed $320,000.
Every property runs as its own Wyoming LLC. Buying tokens makes you a partner in the DAO running that property, basically. Most of the target countries don’t let foreigners hold real estate directly, but they allow company ownership of property-that’s what we use.
As a co-owner, you vote on stuff like changing management, rent adjustments, deciding sales. The more tokens, the more say you have.
Portfolio Markets and Asset Types
We’re focused mostly on three markets, handpicked for their yield and access. Bali, particularly, is central to our holdings - with properties in areas like Canggu, Uluwatu, and Ubud, mostly managed as short-stay Airbnb rentals.
Direct land ownership in Bali isn’t possible for foreigners, but leaseholds of 25-30 years are standard and can be extended. Professional managers handle rentals and upkeep for each asset.
Montenegro appeals to those looking for Europe-adjacent investments with beneficial tax treatment. Properties in Kolasin and the coast are drawing attention as infrastructure grows. In Turkey, the mix of appreciation with tourism-driven income provides our third leg.
Yields usually fall in the 8-12% annual band, though returns aren’t promised and there’s risk of values dropping.

Registration and Investor Verification
Start with an email signup-from there, a Magic Link wallet is generated unless you prefer MetaMask for self-custody.
Basic first steps: confirm email, set password, accept our terms, fill out your profile details. Before you can invest, there’s a KYC: upload national ID or passport, a recent proof of address, then a selfie with the ID. Usually our team checks and verifies within a couple of days.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication right away for your account.
Token Purchase Process
You’ll see a dashboard with properties, types, values, available tokens, yields, and timelines. Filters help narrow choices by region or budget.
Each property page has all essentials - photos, virtual tours, registration docs for the DAO LLC, terms, projected incomes, even management contact. Plus, you can check smart contracts for transparency straight on Polygon.
As for buying:

- Once done, tokens hit your wallet
Some properties start from just $50 or $500. Construction has dynamic pricing - token cost rises as capital gets raised.
Income Distribution and Results
Distributions run on Polygon smart contracts, so rental funds move from DAO LLCs directly to holders. It’s automatic, aligned with your share.
Timings differ-Bali’s short-stay spots might pay weekly or monthly, long-lets do so monthly. All automated.
Inside your portfolio, you’ll see: invested amounts, portfolio value, the breakdown per property, every transaction and pending income, all traceable on blockchain.
We send income reports by quarter or month: occupancy, maintenance, management fees, net results. Annual platform returns average about 11% from rentals, some early build projects even pushed over 20%, while long-term rentals stay steady around 8-12%.
Trading Ownership on Secondary Market
Want to exit your position? Our internal secondary market lets you list tokens for sale - set your price, or accept the going rate, and the system matches buyers when available.
From your portfolio, just click Sell on property tokens, key in quantity, set price (or select market rate), confirm. After a match, smart contracts handle the rest.
Sales times depend on demand. Popular Bali properties usually move faster, sometimes within 40 minutes. Emerging markets or unfinished construction can take up to a month.
There’s a fee, which covers blockchain gas and service, always displayed upfront.
Market Price Movements
On the market, prices shift with demand. Sellers usually price based on their entry cost, earnings, anticipated appreciation. Buyers look at yields, remaining lease terms, management, and their own diversification needs.
Sometimes tokens sell above the initial offer, sometimes below, depending on performance and general market mood.
DAO Voting and Governance
Owning tokens means taking part in decisions for the property’s DAO LLC-how we handle management, major spends or strategy shifts, changes to agreements, rental approaches, or asset sales.
Proposals come up in your dashboard, with details and explanations. You vote with your share.
Votes are held open for at least a week, up to two. If a motion passes, our system automatically implements it - it’s all handled on-chain and permanent.

Security and Asset Protection
Security isn’t optional. Blaize.Security reviewed our smart contracts, rating them 9.8/10. We use OTPs, two-factor, wallet validations, multisig on high-risk actions, cold storage, full encryption, and Cloudflare DDoS layers.
Magic Link users can pull their keys any time and swap to Web3 wallets, keeping custody. Use all the security tools available, always store your keys offline outside the platform.
Everything on blockchain is transparent. All payouts, contract details, token records, and voting-traceable via public explorers, not just what we display.
Legal Safeguards
Layers of legal protection exist. DAO LLC registration gives US recognized holding rights, visible on the Wyoming Secretary of State site.
Local Investment Agreements underpin deals with sellers, terms shown per property.
Agreed rules (payouts, participation) are enforced automatically by smart contracts. Nobody interferes.
Last, the tokens stay completely yours, held in your own wallet, not bound to the platform itself. If we ever disappeared, you’d still have access to your property share through your keys and the DAO LLC.
Developer Ecosystem Model
Since late 2025, developers can run independent “Investment Houses” on our platform - they select, list, and communicate directly about their own properties.
These aren’t internally vetted, so due diligence is on you. We don’t guarantee or market these properties, just supply the tech.

Referral Rewards
Our referral system pays a 3% commission when investments come in through your invite link. You can track your stats through your account.
There’s a second-level reward too: 1.5% from your invitees’ referrals. Rewards are held until a property’s raise is done, then unlocked.
For the records: top individuals have crossed $45,000 in commissions, with over 2,100 people earning a cut, near $28,000 paid out.
You’ll see total and active referrals, pending and released rewards, plus second-level stats. Payout uses same options as rental income.
Regulatory Overview
We operate through Wyoming DAO LLCs, per 2021 legislation treating blockchain tokens as legal property interests. However, we aren’t a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor anywhere, including in India.
India’s policies on virtual assets are changing, with the 2023 money laundering updates. There are still regulatory gray areas, mainly for overseas tokenized real estate.
It’s always smart to speak to a tax advisor about foreign rental income, gains from token sales, asset reporting, or crypto-related regulations tied to cross-border investing.
Currency swings definitely impact returns in other countries, as everything from rent to property value is set in local currency, not Rupees.
Risk Notice
Property’s never risk-free. Markets fluctuate - even steady spots can lose value. Construction has its own hazards: delays, run-overs, not always finished on time or budget.
The right management company is crucial. Bad maintenance or poor tenant selection cuts everyone’s returns. Token liquidity-even with our average of 40 minutes per sale, real timing depends on buyer demand and your price.
Empty properties or bad tenants lower income; blockchain is powerful, but isn’t invulnerable-even audited contracts or wallets can have risks if not managed securely.
We don’t promise results or returns of any kind. Everything runs on an “as is” service basis and you’re responsible for your investment decisions.
New regulations in all countries can affect rules on rentals, investment, or taxes. We don’t advise on these, so weigh opportunities carefully.
Accessing Platform and Support
Use our web platform on desktop or mobile. We focused on mobile-first experience updates recently-everything works right in your browser, so no native apps yet.
Through the site, you can look up properties, buy tokens, manage portfolios, trade, participate in governance, or set up the account.
Telegram integration gives alerts for transactions or new payouts. Just connect through your account.
Support is available through email, in-browser chats, and community forums. Some issues will take longer to resolve, especially technical or legal ones.

Withdrawals and Payments
You can cash out rental profits or token sale proceeds through options in your account’s Wallet section.
Pick your withdrawal method, enter the amount, verify security, and confirm. Processing usually takes between 1 and 5 working days - processor and local availability may change speed.
There are minimums and fees, shown before you confirm.
Payment specifics for India appear once KYC is done and depend on available processors.
Smart contracts credit distributions per second to your wallet, so you choose when to withdraw based on your needs and limits.
Platform Updates and Expansion
Over the last years, we’ve managed to cut down time, cost, and headache compared to older fractional ownership models.
New updates focus on mobile experience, legal compliance, onboarding efficiency, and internationalization. We added French recently, and continue to localize, though there’s no India-specific version just yet.
Currently, we hold 34 properties across Indonesia, Turkey, and Montenegro-India-focused options aren’t in the portfolio. Our blog covers trends, Bangalore prospects, and expansion, but there’s no rollout date.
Last numbers from December show 119 investors managing 14+ live properties, within a community passing 25,000. Growth has been steady since expanding from only 5 initial properties.
